Is this training suitable for me?
This training is suited to those who have at least one year of hoop dance experience. It is preferable to have knowledge of the fitness industry by regular attendance of various classes, knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body – via a professional qualification in fitness/sports/gym training/yoga/pilates training.
If you currently don't have a professional qualification, then it is highly recommended that you invest in training. This will give you a degree of professionalism and knowledge that will help you run the best hoop classes possible, build confidence in yourself and your students.

What does it involve?

This weekend workshop, with after-support, will give you all the tools you need to teach beginner hula hoop classes, run parties and workshops at festivals. It will also teach you how to market and promote your business and the basics needed to become self-employed.
​
The workshop will involve theory and lots of practical, experiential work!
​
Alongside this, there will be opportunities to work for DreamSpin Hoop Dance as a self-employed hula hoop teacher.

What does it cost?

Cost is yet to be confirmed but will competitively priced alongside other hoop teacher training programmes.

How do I pay?
​
A deposit is required and the remainder can be paid in two installments or full amount before the start date.
