Hoop HIIT 

Join me on Zoom twice weekly for High Intensity Interval Training with your Hoop.  Short burst hoop workout with breaks, it takes 30mins.  Great for cardio vascular health, strengthens core (prepping you for multi hoops!), tones arms, abs, legs, glutes.

Mondays 1pm

Wednesdays 6pm

£5 per session.

Beginner Hoop Dance

Join me Friday lunchtime for 40mins of beginner hoop.  You will learn fun moves that can be achieved in a small space

Tuesday  4.30pm

£5 per session

Same payment and links as above.

1:1 Hula Hoop Sessions 

Book a 1:1 session for up to two hours.  Totally led by what you would like to learn with your hoop.  From very beginner hoop moves and flow to more advances tricks, flow and twin hoops?    Book a group session with your friends so you can all learn together in your own homes (whilst current restrictions apply).  50mins session £15  90min session £25 120min session £30

Yoga 

I am a qualified and experienced Hatha yoga teacher I run online group classes and also teach 1:1 sessions.  I have beginner level and strong dynamic classes for more experienced practitioners. Both will develop strength, flexibility and resilience, for your body, mind and spirit.  Also qualified reiki healer and currently available for zoom reiki session.  You can find and follow my page here...

Strength Training/Legs/Bum/Tum

You will need your own hand weights/dumbbells for these sessions.  I also use legs weights.  The session is approx 40mins.  We work on arms/shoulders and then legs and bum, a little bit of ab work, followed by a fab yoga stretch to finish

Livestream Workshops

After the sell out success of our last workshop I am collaborating again March 20th with a clay artist to bring you a Yoga Clay Goddess Workshop.  Approx 35mins of yoga and creative visualisation followed by a 45mins clay goddess totem workshop.  Suitable for all yoga ability, mums and daughters very welcome.
